Melissa Bruntlett Modacity

In 2010 I began dedicating my time to promoting active transportation through advocacy, writing, speaking and marketing. My work highlights transportation cycling from a user perspective and its inherent improvements to health and quality of life. In 2014, I co-founded Modacity, a content creation agency that produces written, photographic and video content to promote urban transportation, and in 2018 co-authored “Building the Cycling City: The Dutch Blueprint for Urban Vitality.” In February 2019, my family relocated from Vancouver, Canada to Delft, Netherlands where I continue promoting Dutch-inspired sustainable mobility to international audiences for Modacity as well Mobycon B.V.
